What you will need
Pilates on Zoom needs very little. If you have space to lie down with your arms stretched overhead, you have enough room.
A mat, or a folded blanket on a carpet
A laptop or tablet with a camera
Comfortable clothes you can move in
A small cushion or towel for your head
Water nearby
Not sure which class to choose?
